Theo tôi biết những buổi họp mỗi 2 tuần một tháng vào thứ Tư tuần lễ thứ nhì và thứ tư tuần lễ cuối trong tháng trừ những trường hợp đặc biệt. Mục đích của thành phố Westminster cũng như các thành phố khác của 50 tiểu bang nước Mỹ để lắng nghe ngững nguyện vọng, đề nghị hoặc than phiền của cư dân.

Quý vị hãy xem lại những video của thành phố những năm trước khi Thị trưởng Charlie Chi Nguyễn và Phó Thị Trưởng Namquan Nguyễn có bao giờ các phiên họp thành phố trở thành mất trật tự và ồn ào giống chợ trời như vậy không?

Nếu không phải là chính sách của thành phố Westminster thì luật sư và Giám đốc thành phố vui lòng cho biết việc ông Thị trưởng Charlie Chí Nguyễn đã cố tình hay tảng lờ không chặn những người đã mượn phiên họp để tấn công cư dân việc này đúng hay sai? Cá nhân tôi đã từng bị Luật sư thành phố và Thị trưởng Charlie Chi Nguyên ngăn cản lúc tôi phát biểu mặc dù tôi không vu khống, mạ lỵ bất cứ cư dân nào khác? Hội đồng thành phố Westminster sẽ là đối tượng tôi thưa ra tòa án vì quý vị đã dung túng nhóm người của AVP dùng diễn đàn hội họp này của thành phố để nhục mạ, bịa đặt, vu khống và tấn công những người đối lập. Rõ ràng đây là tín hiệu của Thị trưởng Charlie Chí Nguyễn và nhóm APV nhắn nhủ những người chống Cộng trong cộng đồng đèn xanh đã bật? Quý vị có biết 2 từ cộng sản rất nhạy cảm trong cộng đồng không mà quý vị để người tên Doan Ly (?) này công khai vu cáo tôi không dẫn chứng mà Thị trưởng và luật sư im lặng không phản ứng?

Ông ta đã vu cáo tôi là Cộng Sản.
Ông cũng đã tố cáo tôi nhận chỉ thị từ chính phủ Việt Nam để làm mất đoàn kết cộng đồng người Việt tại hải ngoại

Cả 2 điều vu cáo này đều không có bằng chứng. Ngoài tôi, một phu nữ không có mặt cũng đã bị ông ta vu cáo tương tự mà không có phản ứng từ luật sư và Thị trưởng Westminster?

Từ Việt Cộng thành phố đã biết rất nhạy cảm và có thể ảnh hưởng đến tính mạng của tôi. Nếu tôi bị mệnh hệ gì thì vợ con tôi sẽ thưa thành phố đã dung túng cho thành viên AVP mở màn nguy hiểm này (Xem thư tôi thưa với Cảnh sát Westminster đính kèm.)

Tôi viết thư khiếu nại này để muốn biết chắc chắn sự suy nghĩ của tôi là đúng khi nghĩ về nội dung của buổi họp thành phố cần phải được tôn trọng. Họp hội đồng thành phố không phải là diễn đàn để người dân chửi bới người dân. Thị trưởng và luật sư biết luật này không? Hôm thứ Năm 23-2-2023 tôi cũng nhận được thư trả lời của Cơ quan Thực Hành Công Bình Chính Trị. FPPC đang cứu xét thư tôi gửi ngày 31-1-2023 mà chính quý vị cũng đã nhận được. Vì vậy tôi vẫn tin vào luật pháp công minh của nước Mỹ nói chung và thành phố Westminster nói riêng. Không ai có thể ngồi xổm lên luật pháp.

Ngoài đơn kiện thành phố để cho cư dân vu khống tôi không có bằng chứng tôi sẽ chính thức tố cáo tổ chức AVP lên Bộ Nội An (Homeland Security) và FBI vì khủng bố đã được dung dưỡng bởi Thị trưởng Charlie Chi Nguyễn.

Subject: A group of people from the AVP organization manipulated the meeting on February 22, 2023?

Dear City Manager and Ladies and Gentlemen,

The undersigned is Nguyen Hung, residing at 14362 Bushard St. Space 93, Westminster CA 92683 am writing this letter to seek an accurate response to the purposes of the sessions of the Westminster city council.

I would like to ask the Manager, Director and the city attorney please give me a right answer.

Attached is a video of the city’s https://youtu.be/XDP7RQjmApU that personally attacks me and an absent female speaker.

As far as I know, meetings are held every 2 weeks a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the last week of the month, except for special cases. The purpose of the city of Westminster as well as other cities of the 50 states of the United States to listen to the wishes, suggestions or complaints of residents.

Take a look at the city’s videos from years ago when Mayor Charlie Chi Nguyen and Vice Mayor Namquan Nguyen took over the board of Council, every single meeting becomes disorderly and noisy like a flea market?

If it is not the policy of the city of Westminster, the lawyer and the City Manager please let me know whether Mayor Charlie Chi Nguyen intentionally or ignored this to block people who borrowed the session to attack residents. right or wrong? Personally, have I been prevented by City Attorney and Mayor Charlie Chi Nguyen when I speak even though I have not slandered or insulted any other residents? Westminster City Council will be subject to me in court because you have tolerated AVP group of people using this city assembly forum to insult, fabricate, slander and attack dissidents. Obviously, this is a signal from Mayor Charlie Chi Nguyen and the APV team to remind the anti-Communists in the community that the green light has turned on? Do you know two very sensitive communist words (Cong San) in the community that you let this person named Doan Ly (?) openly falsely accuse me without evidence, but the Mayor and the lawyer were silent and did not react? If anything happens to me, my wife and children will complain that the city tolerated this dangerous opening AVP member (See attached letter to Westminster Police.)

He falsely accused me of being a Communist.
He also accused me of receiving instructions from the Vietnamese government to unify the overseas Vietnamese community.

Both of these accusations have no proof. Besides me, a woman who was not present was similarly falsely accused by him with no response from the attorney and the Mayor of Westminster?

The words “Viet Cong” (Viet Communist) the city knew that it was very sensitive and could affect my life.

I am writing this complaint to make sure that my thinking is correct when it comes to the content of the city meeting that should be respected. The city council meeting is not a forum for people to curse at people. Do the mayor and attorney know this rule? On Thursday, February 23, 2023 I also received a reply from the Fair Political Practices Commission. The FPPC is reviewing the letter that I sent on January 31, 2023, which you also received. Therefore, I still believe in the fair law of the United States in general and the city of Westminster in particular. No one can sit above the law.

In addition to the lawsuit against the city to let residents slander me, without no evidence. Mr. I will officially denounce the AVP organization to the Department of Homeland Security (Homeland Security) and the FBI because terrorism has been fostered by Mayor Charlie Chi Nguyen.
